The farm is surrounded by many hectares of oak woods and farmland with wheat and vegetables. It is conducted exclusively by Mr. Caponio and his family from three generations, who directly manage all the typical products, farms and all the services it offers.

The resort comprises a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, functional and equipped with all comforts, a restaurant, where you can taste the specialties of the Mediterranean area and self-produced products, an indoor pool with idroteraphy and fitness minibath, an equestrian center, an area dedicated to livestock and large green areas where you can breathe the pure air of the Murgia.

The farm has a massage center, "Fasano Physiocenter", dealing with physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and spa treatments. These treatments are performed by highly skilled and specialized professionals. All the areas in our structure are free of architectural barriers so we can accommodate people with disabilities.

The farm is located in the center of Apulia (in the southern Italy) and you can easily reach many famous tourist locations like "Trulli of Alberobello", "Castel del Monte" and many beautiful sea locations like Ostuni, Monopoli, Salento, Gallipoli, Otranto.
